John Overton

My name is John Overton and I can’t wait to be your Realtor! I bring over 10 years of real estate and mortgage experience to help you buy or sell your next home.
I was a mortgage loan officer for many years before I eventually chose to enter the real estate industry to work along with my spouse Sue at Century 21.
I specialize in working with first time home buyers, sellers, families looking for their perfect forever homes and retirees wanting to relocate into active adult communities.
If you’re interested in moving out of state, I can also refer you to a fellow Century 21 real estate sales associate to assist you in locating your new home!
