Rick Lyngaas

Celebrating over 30 years selling real estate in Madison and Dane County. Graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Born and raised in Madison and a life long resident. My objective is to assist you in a successful sale or purchase at the right price, in the right time frame, with the least amount of inconvenience to you.

I maximize good counsel, honest feedback, persistence, and attention to detail. My wife says that my greatest strength is the ability to meet problems "head on".
