Jerika Parent

Hi y'all my name is Jerika Parent! I was born and raised in a small town in Oklahoma and am excited to turn dreams into addresses. Around 10 years ago, i became a resident here in Carlsbad, New Mexico and have been in love ever since! As your real estate agent, I am excited to bring a fresh energy, a warm smile, and a heart for helping folks find the perfect place to hang their hat. With a strong work ethic and a people first mindset, I am committed to making the buying or selling journey as smooth and welcoming as a front porch swing on a Sunday afternoon.
