Mary Beth Rich

Having been born in to a military family I understand the stress, excitement and anticipation of a military move and in turn, a corporate move. New places, new schools, new communities and even the new commute usually has to be tackled and learned in a short period of time. My job is to give the best guidance and information prior to the move so as to make the home buying process productive and the best it can be. Selling? Finding an agent to assist in the transferee's new hometown, coordination of settlements and timing- all these things become my duty to help in a successful move and transition.
